SHIPPING POLICY
We sell our products worldwide. Each order is prepared and shipped as soon as payment is confirmed, during the following hours: Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Orders placed outside of these hours will be prepared the next business day. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Express shipping is only available for orders placed on a business day within the hours mentioned above.
To ensure your order is delivered, it's essential that you fill in your shipping address completely and correctly. Providing a phone number is also recommended. Once your order is placed, we'll send you a confirmation email with the tracking number so you can track your shipment.
All shipments to the United States and the United Kingdom have all taxes and customs fees covered.
Please note that if you are outside the EU, you are responsible for paying customs duties upon delivery of your order.
