SHIPPING POLICY
We sell our products worldwide. Each order is prepared and shipped as soon as payment has been confirmed and at the following times: Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 12:00am. Orders placed outside these hours will be prepared the next business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The express delivery option will only be effective if it is made on a working day within the aforementioned hours.
To guarantee the delivery of your order, it is essential that you fill in the delivery address completely and correctly. It is advisable to indicate a telephone number. Once the order has been placed, we will send you an email with the confirmation and the tracking number so that you can track your order.
Please note that if you are outside the EU, you are responsible for paying customs taxes at the time of delivery of the order.
