Before placing an order, please consider your size carefully and use the references we provide. Remember that every exchange and return has an impact on emissions and waste; help us reduce this.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Exchanges and returns can be made up to 14 days after receiving the order and are at the customer's expense. Items must be returned in their original condition with all items included. They may not be washed, worn, or damaged.

To exchange or return a partial or total order, follow these steps:

1. Package the product in its original packaging. If you can't use the original packaging, you can use another packaging that guarantees its safety.

When and how will you receive your refund?

The amount for returned items will be refunded once we verify that the garment is in perfect condition and includes the tags. Once we approve the return, you will receive the refund via the same payment method used for the purchase within 5-12 business days.

-Returns: €5.95/€3.95 delivery point

-Changes: €1.95

European countries

-Returns and exchanges: €15/€10

International Countries

United Kingdom: Returns and exchanges: £ 15 / £ 9.9

USA : Refund $30 / Exchange $15

Other countries : €30/€25

Shipments on your own account

Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. Shipments with postage due will not be accepted.
