EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Before placing an order, please carefully consider your size and use the references we provide. Remember that every exchange and return has an impact on emissions and waste; help us reduce it.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Exchanges and returns can be made up to 14 days after receiving the order and will be at the customer's expense. Items must be returned in their original condition with all included internal elements; they cannot be washed, worn, or damaged.

To process a partial or total exchange or return of an order, the following steps must be followed:

1. Pack the product in its original packaging. If you are unable to use the original packaging, you may use another that ensures its safety.

Self-arranged shipments


Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. The shipping cost is covered by the customer. Shipments with postage due will not be accepted.

When and how will you receive the refund?

The amount for returned items will be refunded once we verify that the garment is in perfect condition and includes its labels. Once we approve the return, you will receive the refund via the same payment method used for the purchase within 5-12 business days.
