RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Before placing an order, think carefully about your size and help yourself with the references we provide. Remember that every exchange and return has an impact on emissions and waste, help us to reduce it.
RETURNS
Returns can be made up to 14 days after receipt of the order and will be at the customer's expense. The items must be returned at the customer's expense in their original condition with all the elements included in its interior, not being able to be washed, used or damaged.
To make a partial or total return of an order, the items that the customer wants to return must be sent via courier in a secure package.
The steps are as follows:
1.Pack the product in its original packaging .In case of not being able to use the original packaging, you can use another one that guarantees its safety.

When and how will you receive the amount of the return?
The amount of the returned items will be refunded once we check that the garment is in perfect condition and with the tags. Once we approve the return, you will receive the amount by the same payment method used in the purchase within 5-12 business days.

EXCHANGES
The exchanged items must be returned in perfect condition, and cannot be washed, used or damaged. The items must also be returned in their original packaging .In case of not being able to use the original packaging, you will be able to use another one that guarantees its safety.
Once we receive the item to be exchanged and confirm that it is in good condition, we will proceed with the exchange.
The process is the same as for the return:
